Awakening the Energy Body

These exercises focus on the gentle restoring of the body's natural energy system and influences the lymphatic system to bring about and awareness of energy flow for natural healing.

Awakening the Physical Body

Tibetan methods of stretching the body to open the chakras and assist energy flow through the spine are introduced during this phase.

Awakening the Muscular Body

Still with the emphasis on energy flow, a mix of Chi Kung exercises are practiced which will develop natural body tone and maintain the appearance of the body and skin.

Awakening the Warrior Spirit

Some of the movements used in traditional martial arts appear to have no basis in fighting, yet these are the movements associated with developing the empowered warrior mindset. Practiced to become fearless, creative, calculating, focused, confident to help you realise your full potential.

Awakening the Spirit Mind

Deep relaxation of the mind and body invokes the spirit for personal development and growth. calming your mind releases tension, calms anxiety and depression gaining a sense of inner peace and inner worth.
